#GreenFriday Special Offers with Champion Green
#GreenFriday is a Champion Green initiative originally created by Kilkenny Shop last year. The aim is to take the biggest shopping day of the year known as Black Friday and turning it into #GreenFriday by supporting Irish businesses. It presents a unique opportunity for businesses, groups and individuals to unite with a common goal to encourage shoppers to support local.
We put out a call out to our Champion Green supporters to submit a special offer for the campaign. Not only were we interested in bargains and discounts but also businesses who were doing their bit for charity or offering any other value adds that were worth promoting. This was published in print with The Daily Mail newspaper on Saturday 21st of November ahead of Green Friday and we are releasing the extended list with even more great offers today.
